Frequently Asked Questions

Direct answers to common questions about resale tickets, buyer protection, refunds, and selling on SuperTix.

How do I buy resale event tickets on SuperTix?

Browse the Events page, open an event, compare active listings, choose the ticket quantity you need, and complete checkout through SuperTix. Availability and seller-set prices can change until checkout. Keep your order confirmation and follow the transfer instructions sent for your purchase.

How does the SuperTix Buyer Guarantee protect me?

The SuperTix Buyer Guarantee covers problems such as invalid or counterfeit tickets, tickets that are not delivered, and events canceled by the organizer. Ticket sales are generally final once confirmed. If there is a covered issue, contact support@supertix.live with your order details.

How do I sell event tickets on SuperTix?

Create an account, complete the required seller details and Seller Agreement, then use the Sell flow to choose an event and add accurate ticket, seat, quantity, delivery, and price information. Sellers must list only genuine tickets they are entitled to transfer or resell.

What happens if an event is canceled?

If an event organizer cancels an event, SuperTix coordinates eligible refunds under the Refund Policy. Processing time depends on the original payment method: UPI refunds typically take 1–2 business days, cards 2–5 business days, and net banking 2–3 business days.

Who sets the resale price of a ticket?

Each seller chooses the price for their ticket listing. SuperTix does not control the seller’s listing price. Buyers can compare available listings before checkout, where applicable platform fees and taxes are shown separately before the transaction is completed.
