- For event cancellations, refunds are coordinated with the event organizer.
- Other refund requests are reviewed case by case by support.
Buyer Protection
- Tickets are invalid or counterfeit
- Tickets are not delivered
- Event is canceled by the organizer
Refund Processing Timelines
- UPI payments: 1-2 business days
- Credit or debit cards: 2-5 business days (bank dependent)
- Net banking: 2-3 business days
