Overview
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SuperTix, operated by Proximity Innovations Private Limited.
SuperTix is an online marketplace that enables users to buy and resell event tickets. Sellers, rather than SuperTix, offer the tickets listed on the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a SuperTix account. By continuing with account creation or Google sign-in, you confirm that you satisfy this requirement.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for account credentials and any activity performed using your account.
Buying and Selling Tickets
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before purchasing. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their tickets and listing information are genuine, accurate, transferable, and lawful.
Before creating a new listing, every seller must provide the requested seller details and accept the Seller Agreement. The Seller Agreement forms part of these Terms for users who sell tickets.
Seller Pricing Autonomy
The seller alone determines the ticket price. SuperTix does not influence or control the price selected by a seller. Applicable platform fees and taxes may be shown separately during a transaction.
Tax and Place of Supply
Sellers are responsible for their own tax registration, reporting, and payment obligations. For services relating to admission to an event, the place of supply is treated as the location where the event is actually conducted, subject to applicable law.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the platform for illegal activities
- Do not post misleading, abusive, or defamatory content
- Do not attempt to compromise platform security
- Do not infringe intellectual property rights
- Do not abuse payments, ratings, or service operations
Service Disclaimer
Services are provided as is, subject to applicable law and SuperTix platform policies. SuperTix may review, reject, suspend, or remove listings to protect users and platform integrity, but such review does not make SuperTix the seller of a listed ticket.
