If you choose to sell, we also collect your PAN, GSTIN where applicable, turnover-threshold declaration, and Seller Agreement acceptance status.
Usage analytics are also collected to improve reliability and product experience.
How We Use Seller Information
- To determine whether a user has completed the requirements to list tickets
- To support tax, legal, fraud-prevention, and marketplace compliance workflows
- To validate the format and consistency of PAN and GSTIN details
- To communicate with sellers about compliance obligations or material policy changes
How We Use Contact Information
We use verified phone numbers to send security codes and essential service messages about purchases, ticket transfers, payouts, and refunds.
We do not use transactional SMS for promotional offers or ticket-availability alerts.
How We Protect Information
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect user information.
Access to personal information, including seller tax identifiers, is restricted to authorized workflows and personnel with a business need.

Data Retention and Deletion
You may request account deletion by emailing support@supertix.live.
Deletion is processed after pending obligations are cleared. We retain seller compliance data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or as required by applicable law, tax, accounting, dispute, or fraud-prevention obligations.
